Unbridled Style- 2022 Policy & Terms
When purchasing and completing an order with Unbridled Style, by clicking "I Agree to the Terms & Conditions" at checkout, buyer agrees that they accept, understand, have read and are in agreement with the policies listed below. This includes return time frames, sales restrictions, and applicable return policies.
We happily accept properly returned exchanges!
We DO NOT offer cash/credit refunds unless you have received a defective item in your shipment, or the item you ordered was out of stock on our end.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, scent/perfume free, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, or proof of purchase to initiate a return during the 14 day return window.
**If your tags are removed for ANY REASON, you void return eligibility on that item.**
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or CLICK HERE to use our contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For return shipping, you may request a discounted prepaid label at your expense, or choose to ship your return back privately at your expense. Unbridled Style is NOT responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of original shipment date or in store purchase date. (Example: You purchase January 1st, your package must be postmarked January 15th or earlier.) Your exchange credit will be issued in the form of a virtual gift card, LESS original shipping costs.
We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our return criteria.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon 48 hours of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please email pictures of defect to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please respect our staff's personal time! Returns sent through social media, text, or phone messages will not be accepted. Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting/description from merchant, or online screen calibration. This is not considered a damaged item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
*Sale items: Defined as any item purchased at a lesser value than its original marked price. Please be aware of pieces that are purchased at a marked down price, those prices are indicated in RED on our website and listed in the 'DEALS' category.
*Jewelry & Accessories including Authentic Jewelry
*Bodysuits, Swimwear, Self Care & Undergarments
*Candles & Scent Fragrances
*Purses & Handbags (If any of the plastic protection garments are removed.)

Due to the high volume of orders that we process daily, and our unique product selection, we cannot guarantee or hold merchandise to exchange whether it be for size, or a different item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you need! As soon as your return shipment is authorized and received, your store credit gift card will be issued within 24 hours of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your electronic gift card was received.
Address Errors or Changes
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the address in the "Ship To" column is the correct shipping address. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package can be caught before it leaves our storefront. The address that was purchased on your last order (or sometimes what is connected to your Paypal or Sezzle account) is usually what defaults as your "Ship To" address, please be aware of this. If a package is sent to the wrong address and returned to us, buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost + 10% rehandling fee.
Restocking Fees for Discount Codes Applied
As of 2022, we do not apply restocking fees to regular order returns. However, if there is a discount code applied to the order (such as FREESHIP, etc) the order is subject to 10-20% restocking fee deduction (from the store credit) on that item, as we already ate the shipping cost for your original order. Please understand that we are a small business trying to offer you the perks of free shipping plus easy returns and we cannot do it all when discount codes are used.
