Things you should know:

Refunds/Exchanges: Returns are accepted for store credit only, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be postmarked back within 7 days of you receiving your package. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags in the original location. We also have a private Facebook group if you would prefer to resale on your own under the same terms. We reserve the right to refuse any return that we feel does not comply with our return policy.

Damaged/Defective Items: We take pride in delivering top quality items to our customers! However, sometimes things slip by. Any items received that are damaged must be reported the same day as you receive the item. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to unbridledstyle@outlook.com and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for a full refund. Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting/description from merchant, this is not considered a damaged item.

SALE Items: Jewelry, accessories, and all items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.

PREORDERS: Occasionally we run pre-orders on specific items. Due to the unreliable nature of our merchants, shipping time can vary and be out of our control. Please note that all pre-orders will have as much information as possible listed in the product description box, and we do our best to be as timely as possible with these items!
